Why won’t it work? I put in the batteries and still nothing

Answer: Mine did not work either.

Answer: Are battery's in right are you using the+ end

Answer: Because it is a piece of crap! I threw mine away as soon as I tried it. It didn’t seal, one of the contact pads popped right off and the part that cuts is too tiny to do anything. Waste of money!

I ordered Item in July and loved it until, just today it no longer works after I changed the battery. Longevity of it does not last. Suction was great as long as it worked. THe knife part is not easy to use as it is small and if you are not careful with you the whole bag can rip open the bag.

bigger than expected, and sealing line not than even...
maybe is for other people better skilled with hands,
but what I have tried ended being uneven lines or I have even cut the plastic bag

The side that opens bags works really well. The side that is supposed to seal the bag back closed is just okay. It works part of the time. Sometimes it closes it, but doesnt take much pull to open it back up.

It is great product to reseal snack , frozen food and vegetable bags . But ,we have to be little caution when you use it . If you do very slowly or stop in between , the bag will be cut. And it has pin in other side to open bags easily . This product is required for kichen .

Really had high hopes for this product... sadly it would just be quicker and easier just to roll up the bag and clip it... It would not seal to save my life! It did seal a little bit but totally not enough to save what’s inside so definitely returning this...
