Need you charge before each use? How long does 1 charge last?

Answer: No you don't need to charge before each use...after I initially charged it once I received it I have not had to recharge it yet. I love this mini sealing machine and I rarely take the time to rate things but this it saves money with food not getting stale or freezer burn.

Rama Rao : Not sturdy but works satisfactorily

I have used this to seal a bag of cereal, a bag of chips and a bag of crackers. And not all of them gave the result I expected. I ended up melting part of one bag and the other partly sealed. I think the key to using this product is to apply the right pressure on the bag you are sealing and keep sliding along the way to complete the seal. The speed with which you move along the edge is also important in giving you the right results. Practice makes it perfect. It is small, handy but also flimsy, not sturdy enough. But it is easy to operate and the small instruction booklet helps when you first use this product.
