I love these pre-cut vacuum seal bags, the fact that they are sous vide safe is all the more reason to switch to them!
pre-cut - I got the 8"x12" bags in 100 count
One side of the bag is embossed with air channel design and the other side is not. Apparently the dot texture does help the air flow under the item for a more air to be removed so your food item will be fresh.
This bag is inside of the Wevac Chamber Vacuum Sealer, CV12 - as you can see it has a liquid in it - Pizza Sauce to be exact and it was sealed perfectly fine!
BPA free, perfect for sous vide, can be frozen, microwaved, re-used and dishwasher safe.

I'm using these with a Cabela's "Guide pro" $400 vacuum sealer unit, and they work great. I've sealed quite a few pieces of fish in these bags and they have held up well in the freezer without any leakage or freezer burn. I also use them for Sous vide cooking without any problems.
I have also used them in my (much less powerful) Anova vacuum sealer, and they work well with that unit as well. Overall, if you're looking for the convenience of pre-made bags that are just about the right size for fillets of salmon, or cut up chicken or small game, these are a great option.

These are nice bags. They are embossed on both sides of the interior and there is no embossing on the outside as with most bags I've seen. I like the size,....seems like you could fit more than a quart in it since it's 12 inches long. These are a good deal for what you get. I would purchase again.

We do a lot of food prep in our house so I was excited to see how these would work compared to my existing ones.
Turns out, I actually think they work better! They feel slightly thinner than my current ones but I've had no issues using them. They seal perfectly and keep food protected in the freezer. I think out of this whole box I maybe had 2-3 that didn't seal correctly.
I'm really just impressed that they are cheaper than my existing ones but still work really well with both my chamber vacuum sealer and my normal one. The size is perfect for most things we do and I will be buying these again!
