My vacuum sealer is one of my favorite and most used kitchen tools/appliance. I like to buy meats in bulk at a local Amish grocery store, so the vacuum sealer is used frequently. As important as a good , dependable sealer is, the bags used to seal and protect the food are just as important. This was the first time I ever tried GERYON vacuum sealer bags. This item includes 100 pre-cut vacuum bags, size 8"x12". The fact they are pre-cut makes my life a tad easier! And the 8"x12" size is absolutely perfect. The bags work beautifully in our sealer and truly do keep out moisture and oxygen. Finally...no more freezer burn! GERYON bags make food last 5 times longer and that means more money in your wallet and no more wasted food to throw away! I also like the way the bags stack nice and neat in the freezer.

At roughly 22 cents per bag, these are an excellent time saving value compared to fumbling around with the rolls especially if you’re pressed for time like I am. I put up several freezer meals last night and they vacuum-sealed just fine so long as I didn’t allow any liquids to get in the way. The size was also perfect for my meals as well. I only suggest going through the fuss of cutting rolls and sealing your own bags when you’re freezing produce or meats in large quantities. For meticulous reasons like meal prepping, you need these! It’s a good brand of bag.

When getting into using vacuum sealers you are given a few pre made bags, but the manufacturers all seem to prefer you getting rolls of plastic which you cut to size.

Well, those days are gone! What I like best is that with pre cut bags you can easily take them out of a storage space and have them handy when you come home from the grocery store so that you can seal up those items for storage easily and quickly. In the past I had to set things aside so that I could get to them when I had more time. Now...I just grab a few bags of the size I need and seal away those great purchases!

These bags are an excellent value and are very sealable in all types of vacuum sealers. Highly recommend them!

I love the fact that you can get a package of 100 bags in a great size, for a reasonable price. Bags are 12 inches deep, so you have plenty of top end to seal. Then after you open the bag, there is enough left to wash and reuse, and still seal the bag.

These vacuum bags are the perfect size (quart, 8x12") for my two person household. I shop at one of those bulk buying stores so I freeze a lot of meat. This is what I bag easily: 2 pork chops, 1 or 2 chicken breasts, 12 oz. of fish and a pound of ground meat. The bags work just fine with my vacuum sealer.
