As for VIB, Mino and flexible sigmented lure bait are diving baits, they float on the water if you reel slow, and as you reel it faster, they go down into the water. You can catch different kind of fish depends on how fast you reel in.

Answer: It does not come with bobbers, the picture shows all the contents correctly. I think it’s a good buy and the crank baits look decent quality.

Hooks have no holes to attach to the line, worms are too small to put on any kind of hook, plastic worm type lures look like they have come out of a gull ball machine and the "nice" lures are extremely cheap. I have to say that I was amazed at what I received in my order! The variety of lures was really great! All the rubber pieces looked great not just because of the variety of colors but all the molded details in each one.
