Answer: I’ve used it for bacon on the air fryer option in my Ninja Foodi 5-1 grill. It worked and held up just fine for that.

Answer: Yes for sure. They unlink and I have used anywhere between 1 and 3. I also flip them around and make them fit more closely to air fry tostada shells from tortillas between racks.
Answer: Yes, you can use only one, two, or all three racks. The bottom rack has fixed risers on each side. The other two racks lock into the risers, so you could leave one out.

Works well for dehydrating. The racks are not completely flat. I thought this might be an issue with rounded fruits or vegetables but I used it with sweet cherries and they stays put. It comes with a cleaning brush, a nice touch.

I had surprise company for Christmas breakfast today and fried a pound of bacon in my Ninja Foodi Grill in a snap.

The trays worked fine for small batches of approximately 1 lb to 1.5 lb meat. If you are serious about dehydrating, I would suggest getting a dedicated dehydrator with a larger capacity. That said, I was please with the end results using these racks with the Ninja foodie.

This is the perfect addition to my new 8qt Instant Pot Duo Crisp. We used these during the air drying step of making chicken wings. We just used 3 of the racks evenly spaced and sprayed with vegetable oil and were able to fit 10 wings on each rack. No need to turn them at all! This is a great multifunctional rack system.
