The KitchenBoss Vacuum Sealer Rolls are perfect for Sous Vide cooking. They are thick and well constructed - you really don't have to worry about leaks or a bone poking through the bag. The built-in bag cutter is ingenious! This will really save you some time looking for scissors or trying to get a perfect straight cut.

We cooked a pork tenderloin in a custom fit bag without any problems - worked perfectly in our FoodSaver VS0160 Sealer PowerVac. Highly recommended, especially at this price!

This Kitchen Boss roll of vacuum sealer bag material is 11 inches wide, which is great for freezer pies and other wide items. I used it for cooked chopped tomatoes to stack in my freezer. The roll comes out of the top of the box, and there is a plastic cutter that easily slices through the material, giving you a nice straight edge. The heavy duty construction has a smooth side and a rough side, which is typical of these types of rolls. This product is FDA approved, and food in the bags can be reheated in the microwave or placed in a pot of boiling water.

I have an Anova food vacuum sealer. These vacuum sealer rolls worked perfectly, vacuumed well, and sealed completely. It's so much easier to have a cutter on the box than to have to cut multiple bags with scissors. The cutter worked well and no issues at all. I would purchase these vacuum sealer rolls again.
