Answer: I'm using it for fresh water with little luck at the moment. Hooked 2 peacock bass with one of the colors, but both got off. Haven't used it for salt water yet. The depth was between 4-6 feet, but it can sink deeper. I love the movement but have to understand the lure better.

This is the first time I've ever used a jointed lure, and I wasn't expecting anything like what I got. A couple of the lures are a bit lighter and not great for trolling, but the others were ok with it.

The fish baits came in a nice carrying case and were individually wrapped in plastic baggies. They are each different colors which helps for different fishing spots and daylight variances.
The baits swim pretty well. I have to reel them slightly slower than other baits in order for them to "swim" but they still move at a good pace.
They do a good job of getting off branches and logs. I threw it straight into a tree and easily got it out- nice surprise!
I would definitely recommend these baits for ponds and lakes. I have not tried them on a big river yet, so I don't know how they would perform, but I imagine they'd be just fine.

I had the opportunity to use these lures just a few days ago. I mainly bank fish and catfish, but I thought I'd give the bass fishing a try. Long story short, I tried these lures out, got several bites and caught two bass right away.

I have a bass pond in the neighborhood and I think only my son and I fish it it’s great. I’m always trying out new lures. I’ve seen these before but wasn’t sure, I finally went for it. They are so nice and sharp looking very nicely made I was surprised. I wasn’t sure how they’d hold up either but I have one of these on two rods and we’ve hauled in a dozen largemouth with them and they are looking good still.

The action on this lure is amazing and really works. I landed this 5lb bass in a tournament a week ago. I through it in an area about 8' deep and ran it over some weeds and he killed it. The only thing I dislike about the lure is that it sinks pretty quickly and will gather weeds. Fishing this in the shallows is difficult for that reason. Other than that, enjoy the success of this lure and I am looking forward to them making a lure that is more of a shallow runner for shallow bed fishing.

I tried these out for a while in a variety of ways and could not get any of them to swim right in the water and they would flop on the surface. I finally got fed up with them and took all of them out of my tackle box and removed the hooks.
I don't know what it is about the design of these, but they were a waste of money and space in my tackle box.

I taken these lures for a quick try yesterday in three spots for about an hour each. Though I did not catch any fish, I can tell you that these are quality fishing lures in comparison to all the other ones in my tackle box. I'll be giving this another try on a different day and update this review if anything changes.
The first thing I notice is that these lures look and move like real fish. I was able to cast them out about 50-60 feet easily to the river and it moves very well. It's also extremely sharp! I am amazed with its lifelike movements and how well it's able to control the depths of it. It is able to cruise at the top water column and when I pull on it, it dives deeper.
The lures came in a nice zipper pouch, and you can carry it anywhere. Each of the lures were packaged individually which was nice. Overall, I give these lures 5 out of 5 based on the quality and craftsmanship. As I said earlier, they are comparable with the ones I use all the time and I have no doubt it's effective. I would highly recommend these as an addition to your tacklebox!
