Answer: They are strong but bend easy enough to brake free from a snag without losing it.

Answer: They’re very simple to use, as they’re basically just a metal tube with a “spinner” blade on the end. As you drag the spinner across the body of water you’re fishing, the blade automatically spins. The vibrations and sounds of that spinning movement are easily picked up by fish in the area by their lateral line, and they then naturally swim closer to investigate – and bite.

Answer: Just checked them. They look painted on to me.

Answer: Yes it would work for bass especially the spinners but not too sure about the catfish. I guess it depends on if it's sea catfish or river catfish, if sea catfish it may work.

Answer: Don't think you can use treble hooks with salmon. I know for a fact they must be barbless. Most people use sardines with flashers or cookies. Call the local wildlife agency and make sure your within regulations. Don't want to get fined. These work great for bass.

Answer: Not required, but you can. Spinner lures attract the fish with the action of the lure. Make sure you have a swivel on your line or the lure will twist the line as you reel in.

I'm always sceptical when purchasing inexpensive fishing tackle because it's usually junk. I do it though because my kids love to come fishing with me and I can't afford to replace my favorite lures when they get them caught in trees or break them off on a rock. So, when I bought these spinner baits my plan was to let my kids use them but when we went out to the lake they were catching left and right. Bass, Blue Gill, Sun fish just about everything was biting these lures. These lures were tuff, I use braided line for the kids so I can yank my lures out of trees or grass and sometimes have to replace the hooks that get damaged. But with these Plusinno spinner baits I pulled a couple off of a log and to my surprise the hooks were not damaged. I've decided to buy another set just for me.

The case in the inline spinners are very well made. The way they are stored Is well organized and they don't get tangled up inside the case. My only knock on them is that several of them have the exact same build being that the middle body is just a brass sinker with an attached bead and the only difference being that they have different colored blades. Some more variability in the body would have been nice. I'll be testing these later on in the year as far as whether or not they actually catch fish when I start trout fishing. But I don't see anything about their design or colors that leads me to believe that they wouldn't catch fish when there are fish to be caught

My initial thoughts on these is they are going to be good lures. I am just getting started fishing again after being not doing it for years so my skill or lack of is taken into consideration. The lures themselves seem very well put together. I have tugged on the hooks and connections and seem solidly made. The colors and textures are similar to the higher priced lures at the sporting goods stores. I am looking forward to the spring summer when I will hopefully catch something with them. Based on price and quality I recommend.

I love these fishing lures, it reminded me of Mepp's spinner! The bag that hold the lures feel solid, and at the corner of this bag has a carabiner for easy carry. Pretty fantastic idea of designing a bag that has foam padding inside to hook the treble hooks. (Should have thought of this before myself :P)

Have tried a few of these - they spin reliably unlike many other cheap spinner blades. However once bent the spin can be lost and they do bend easier than rooster tails, etc. A little hard to pull out of the attractive carrying pack - sometime used pliers. A good value for the money, will likely restock when needed..

These spinners are very solid. These are perfect for anyone who wants to reliably catch fish. Bluegill and bass are what I usually fish for here in my area and these are great for exactly that. The spinner action is good and the hooks are nice and sharp.

Given the set's price, I set my expectations low. The pieces appear to be sturdy and well-constructed. There are quite a few repeats (6 unique pieces in a set of 10), but I won't care if they work.

My only issue is the hook size. The hooks seem disproportionately large compared to the lure's overall size. I'll likely switch them out.

Very thinly built. It should be interesting to see how sturdy and reliable they really are when used for fishing. I just know I wouldn't want a too heavy or large fish on the line with how thinly built each one of these flies and hooks are upon holding them.

Gabriel Wood : An excellent portable spinner kit!

Hard to beat for a spinner bait kit! First off the kit its self is neat. You can clip it to your backpack or belt loop for wade fishing or walking the banks The smaller baits are about 2" long and the bigger ones are about 3". I was throwing the on a 6'6" medium heavy baitcasting setup using 10lb mono and was very happy with the performance. The smaller ones were a bit light for that setup, but I just put the wind to my back and it worked well. The 3" ones were plenty heavy enough to cast regardless. The action of the baits themselves was very good, I have used cheap spinners before that you could not get the blades to turn, but I DID NOT have this problem with this kit. After the bait hit the water just give it a slight twitch when starting the retrieve and you was spinning. The water displacement made by the blades was very good which created tension on my rod enough to bend the tip slightly and really feel the bait.
I got bit several times during my testing, and this generally isn't time time when spinner baits shine. I am very excited to be able to add these to my bait collection and will be bringing them out in the spring time for sure!!!

When comparing this product to Panther Martin products. The Panther Martin spinners are hands down the winner. The feedback of the spinners from this product just doesn't have the kind of feedback that the Panther Martin spinners have when you're using it. When I'm talking about feedback I'm talking about the vibration that you can physically feel on your rod from the spinners. Overall it this product is okay.

This is a nice set to change it up if you’d like to try something different. Along with the nice bag it comes in, the clip is great to attach to a back pack to save space and easily accessible. The clear pouch inside to throw a couple of small lures or weights is a great touch. Very nice bright spinners , comes with a variety of styles, and colors for different species of fish and different water conditions. Only thing that I could see being a problem is the size of the treble hooks being to large for some of the trout I am after. I was spending $2-$4 on individual spinners and figured this would be a good buy. I am very pleased with the variety and colors included. I took them out perch fishing on a local lake, I only caught one for the day but it was on one of these lures. I think the quality is very good for the price point and the included pouch has been more useful than I expected. At about $1 each, this is a great buy.

I was so excited to get these .... I thought it was a great deal. However, the first use, they started to rust. I’ve literally had them 2 weeks, used 3 times. 5 of these have already broke. I was skeptical about this at first but figured based on the good reviews it was cheap enough to give a try to. I have only used the blue one but I can't believe how many fish I have caught with this! I am fishing in fresh waster in South Florida and it seems that Mayan cichlids cannot resist this. I have also caught some smallish large mouth bass as well but probably 8 Mayans for each bass. I haven't tried the other's yet, because, quite frankly, I haven't had a reason to but I think that this set is an incredible value and I would highly recommend if you're fishing in fresh water to give it a try.
