The pellet smoker does an outstanding job. Just have to start about 10 minutes before you start cooking. I’ve tried it with chicken burgers and the steak. They all came out tasting great and nice and tender because of the slow cook.

First use and it performed like a champ! I cold smoked a side of dry brined Atlantic salmon and it came out fantastic. Had to re-light twice before reading the instructions and following them...what can I say, I'm a dad. I used a small butane torch and got a good flame going at the end of the tube, then let it flame for about 5-6 minutes before blowing out the flame. Then the tube took over for the next 3.5 hours until the smoking time was up.
I like that it's a complete package with cleaner brush and hanging hooks. Don't need the hooks in my current setup, but things change, and I'm pretty confident this pellet tube will be around until then!
