Where is this made

Answer: Like almost everything out there it is made in China. I found the quality to be very good and was very impressed with how sturdy this is built.

Temperature range?

Answer: Smoke is around 180 and I've never set on high but I would assume 490 to 500.

Answer: Temp dial goes from OFF to SMOKE to 200-475 degrees to HIGH.

It says can use indoor or outdoor. I know of no other pellet smoker/grill with this claim. Is this true?

Answer: I wouldn't. It still produces smoke so you need a well ventilated area. Even though it has a seal around the lid, smoke still escapes. Just not like a regular smoker. It is a very efficient burner but still smokes.

Answer: NO. The label on the grill specifically states it not to be used indoors. Outdoors only!

Working great, easy to assemble, 2 people would be easier for most. Once the legs and wheels are install, everything else is easy. Temp probes working good, I have cooked chicken, burgers, brisket and ribs all came out good. Any cooking longer than 3-4 hours make sure to check pellet hopper. Plenty of cooking info on youtube for pellet grills, Thanks and have fun... I am.

Keeps throwing an ERL code and i just got it. I did my first burn no problem then the next day put some meat on turned it on and came back to ERL and cant figure it out. Im pretty bummed out about it

Easy to assemble took 20 min out box to doing first cycle, one it finally arrived a week late after I had to file missing package claim with FedEx to even find where it was after being sent to mt, it went to ga, than back to mt. Than basically was told well it'll show up whenever it does, we will give you credit if it's late but no credit, so if you can manage to get one they are wonderful!

C. Troy Robbins : Great buy Great Smoker!!!!

It was super easy to cure the smoker and get it set up for our first official cook. For the first thing that we cooked we did 47 chicken wings and covered both racks. We use frozen chicken wings thought them at 350° for 10 minutes then added our rub on both sides and cook them at 400° for approximately 35 minutes. They came out with a golden hue and a smoky deep flavor. Next time we are going to try a lower temperature and a longer time to try to Crispin crispy up the skin!
As for me and my house we will say this can smoke and we love it! We plan on many more wonderful evenings with this beautiful octagonal sweet smoker!

Love this smoker. Wasn’t sure about buying an “off brand” but it has performed great. Done salmon and a pork loin which both turned out delicious! Love the ease of setting the temperature and not having to worrying about it getting over heated. The only upgrade I would like is being able to Bluetooth the meat temperature to my phone but hey, thats not really a problem. Got my brother in law to purchase one after he saw how well mine worked.
