Put the opening end of the bag in the vacuum chamber of the intake.	Press down on the covers on both sides until you hear two "clicks".	Press the "Moist" button and the indicator light will light up.	When the LED light off, the vacuum is finished. Press the release buttons on both sides to open the lid and the vacuum sealing is finished.

How to deal with the gaskets which is not in place ?

Answer: Place the gasket into the channel and gently press in all four corners.lightly tap around the perimeter -donot slide your fingers straight across side to side.when the gasket is fully seated back into the channel close your vacuum sealer and lock it.

Answer: To clean removable gasket use both hands firmly grasp both ends of the gasket in the channel. and pull straight out. to clean gently wash, and let is dry 24 hours then replace per the instruction blow.

Answer: It is a good maintence practice to regularly inspect your gasket for wear. you can move it to adapt the channel.

Answer: You need wait it for mostly 25-30 minutes after you use it 20 times .because I have tried and I have used it continuely 20 times for seal our steak, sausage, and other food.and the vaccum sealer is nery great. and trust me, please put the open part of the bag into the drip tray when you choose the dry/moist/pulse mode. and remember to lock the lid and then you will hear the click.

Answer: I seal mostly moist food so the vacuum doesn’t look as strong as dry food but it does the job because I don’t have any problems with freezer burn and the food is kept fresh. It’s always best to dry moist food as much as possible for the best seal. My way of testing a machine is to vacuum seal nuts. The way the seal tightens is amazing. I’m very happy with this sealer.

Answer: You have to freeze it first and then seal it. I used my sealer for the first time and was trying to seal berries that were in the fridge and it sucked the fluid into the sealer. It didn’t break the machine but, the bag didn’t seal. It needs to be dry or just a bit moist food. I put the berries in the freezer for a day, took them out and then sealed them. Worked great

Answer: this is response i got from tktk: ,this item is the replaceable heating tape, It is well maintained and can be used all the time, It mainly depends on the degree of wear of the heating strip and the actual effect of the sealing. If the surface is damaged, then replace it. This one had all the features I wanted in the mid-price range. It works really well. The most important thing to know is that you have to remove the attachment hose before the vacuum works properly on bags. Other than that, just make sure your bags are big enough to reach the vacuum chamber and flatten out as much as possible easing the lid down on the bag and close. Be sure not to leave it in a closed position when not in use. Works great.

Received this the other day and I'm a BBQ fanatic--the whole reason I purchased was to seal my ribs, meats, etc so I could marinate the food easily over a day or a week. The bag storage area is cool because you just put the roll in, pull out a little and seal it, then pull out the length you need and cut it. Super easy and not dealing with individual sized bags that might be too big or too small. Sizing is perfect. As for the suction, it sealed the ribs I just did in a matter of minutes and right now they are marinating in apple cider vinegar to tenderize and flavorize before I break open the bag, re-season with a dry rub and re-seal. I'm very happy I picked this sucker up and I'm looking forward to try the ribs after they've been sealed shut and seasoning. Before I would just leave the seasoning in the rib bag and put something on it to hold it up so liquid didn't pour out. Now it just seals! Love it!

The vacuum sealer arrived today and I was very pleased to see that the canister hose is neatly stored in the lid, the 5 bags were included, and that the bag cutter has it's own storage place inside. The multiple options are great and the vacuum, seal and canister vacuum option all work well so far. It is a bit hard to close, but that's necessary to ensure that it vacuums properly and seals well. This unit is to replace the old no-name food sealer/vacuum I bought second hand and used for about 12 years; not bad, but nothing lasts forever! Hopefully this one lasts as well! It is certainly much lighter than the old one and yet seems quite sturdy. I haven't tried my mason jar lid sealer with the new one yet, but it looks like it will work.
