What does 30 min. incriments mean? Does it turn off after 30 min.? I need it to stay constantly on for at least 8 hours.

Answer: It will stay on for 8 hours The 30 minute increcments means you could also set it for 7 hr 30 min

Answer: You can set it for 30 min, 1 hour, 1 hour and 30 min.,etc. I believe you can set it up to 24 hours so ys, you can set it for 8 hours. Mine is awesome, love it.

Where can I find a replacement fan motor for this unit?

Answer: about 2 # and takes Bison about 7 to 8 hours

Answer: Not certain of your definition of a fruit roll tray. It does come with one tray at the bottom that people do use for that purpose. Many people also use the optional silicone sheets for that purpose

Answer: These units are meant for 110-1120 volt use. You would have to use a converter and may end up damaging the electronics within the unit.

Can I use this outside in my garage?

Answer: Yes, the garage would be the perfect location to use it!

Answer: No, this dehydrator does not contain teflon. There are optional non-stick sheets available in silicone or teflon. The teflon non-stick sheets are safe because the temperature inside the dehydrator does not get hot enough to have an effect on the sheets

There is nothing to dislike. The dehydrator is a quality product. So glad I got the stainless steel racks, eay to use and easy to clean. Dried bananas, apples and pears and they came out great.

Seems to heat up quickly, it’s quite. Good air flow, everything dries evenly. I would recommend this.

It’s not loud by any means, but it sounds like a microwave oven running more or less. That doesn’t really bother me. It doesn’t get super hot for my uses, which I appreciate. It also comes with all the silicone mats! That’s super. If you have used these before, you will know that despite how it looks; it’s much better to have a sliding panel door than a hinged door like an oven. So this is perfect. I use it to help dry out tobacco leaves after I’ve cured them and flavored them for aromatic pipe tobaccos and cigars.
