Answer: Our grandson only has one finger on his left hand and he is 4, we modified the belt with Velcro so it would fit his waist. So if it's for the waist size yes it can be.

Excellent Quality. Cant beat the price. Wouldn't use for giant fish, 250# + but anything under will be taken care of by this belt. Sturdy and good looking. Easy to use. Made reeling up 5# weight from 250' with current for bait checking a breeze in Alaska. Do that a couple of times and you will wish you would have bought one of these.

A cheap way to save your gut while fighting dolphin and other fish. Well worth the money. I didn't have any trouble with any of my rods fitting in the hole but it isn't the largest so if your rods base is bigger than 1.5" I would say this is not for you.

Thought it was a good product, but when I used it, I noticed that the cup size is too small. It doesn’t fit Any of my ocean rods. It would probably fit lake rods, but who needs one of these things for lake fishing? Not really happy about that.

The hole way to small for any decent rods . It's advertised at a certain diameter but it's too small. Don't waste your time or money.
