The Tech Guy : Good Pliers - Nice Long Reach - A Little Stiff at First

If you've ever had a Pike bit down on your fingers while you try to remove a hook you'll appreciate the Extra Long Reach these pliers provide.

Build quality is first rate and the wrist straps works great to make sure you don't accidentally drop the piers in the lake.

The Spring mechanism on these pliers is really stiff when brand new. I'm hoping the spring will wear down a little to make these pliers easier to grip and press but overall I'd rather have a stiffer spring and weaker one.

If you're looking for an Extra Long set of Pliers to remove hooks from Pike and other large fish I'd definitely recommend these Berkley's.

The screw holding the two halves together loosened the first day - after extensive use - which made it impossible to cut anything. I’d save your money.

Cannot cut braided line which is all I use for fishing these days.
Or should I say it can cut it, but its difficult and leave a flossy cut.
