Where is it made? USA?

Answer: 90% sure it’s made in China, having said that. They have been building grills for American companies for 30 years, just building and they out there labels on it. This I know for a fact. After a month I am going to say that it has worked out great. No issues other than a tuff assembly.

What happen if the grill is damage who do we talk to can we return?

Can you sear a steak

Answer: yes, a pellet grill can sear a steak with nice grill marks , they are fantastic! You will need a sear grate......Just order you some grill grates or sear grates. Amazon has tons of them.

Answer: You can on high, but you won’t get nice grill lines. If you’re worried about grill lines for presentation, you can remove the grease pan and flame shield for direct heat to get those lines

Amazon Customer : Missing parts

The hardware kit to put the grill together was missing from the box it came in. I can’t seem to get an answer as to how to get a hardware kit for this model sent to me. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present for my husband. I would love some advice on how to get the replacement from someone else this has happened to!

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this electric pellet smoker. Rated 2021's second best smoker, it has stood up to it's ranking. The built in temperature gauges have been a life saver and I love how it does not billow smoke like a wood fire smoker. We can actually use this in the garage on a rainy day! It was a tad difficult to assemble as far as the legs go but easy as pie after that! Would definitely purchase again!!

After getting the grill, assembly was a bit tough with the legs, but after that the rest was easy, using the grill is very easy, hold temp well, we clean ours everytime we use it, One piece of advice is to cover the heat plate with heavy duty foil and but the bucket liners
