Great knife. Came somewhat sharp and it took a bit of work on progressive grit stones to get truly sharp, but the tough thick steel should an edge for an exceptional time. Open design allow water and debris to fall through handle open or closed. Great value for money.

Purchased on 6/3. Took knife on two fishing trips and used it to cut some line and bleed two tuna. The blade and knife was never fully submerged in saltwater, despite that fact, it was promptly rinsed with fresh water and dried fully after each use. The blade has already stained with early signs of rust, the hinge action is rusty/no longer smooth, and inside the handle is showing significant rust.
I loved the knife at purchase as it fits well in hand and the blade is super sharp. Was hoping for much better durability though.

My wife bought this for me as a replacement to my SOG, after it started rusting over from all of my fishing trips. This is a heavy duty pocket knife and with regular maintenance sharpening, the blade is holding up perfectly! IF this knife ever needs to be replaced, it’ll be with another Bubba Blade!

This knife is very well made,sharp and sturdy. Folding knife on the large size but very comfortable to carry. Used it on various surfaces,cutting heavy rope and very light items with ease. Still holding a very sharp edge. I'm hooked!

I really really wanted to like this knife. It looks awesome and feels nice and heavy. It seemed like a high quality knife and the company markets the knife as being corrosion resistant. Well first fishing trip the blade rusted while just sitting in my pocket. I didn’t even use the knife the entire time. So we sent it back and got a new one thinking it was a defect. Got the new knife and ended up using it to cut some fishing line a few different times during the day. When we got back from the water and the knifes spring assist seized up and locked the blade open. Needless to say it doesn’t perform around salty conditions both knives got returned.

Impressions: Razor sharp. Quality materials of construction. Outstanding texture ensures grip. Pocket clip is is positioned such that knife does not protrude. Blade is weighed and balanced perfectly yielding a positive lock when flipped open. Love the feel as the blade locks into place. I couldn't be happier with my Bubba Blade.
