Amazon Customer : Worked great, once!

To Start I wrote Penn directly regarding the issue I was have about two months ago. NO RESPONES. This reel work great for one trip off Catalina Island, CA. Second trip, broke of yellowtail and now will not get out of free spool. Again I already emailed Penn directly and have got NO RESPONES. This reel was bought as a Christmas gift for me and would like a new one, if this was just one bad off. Thanks
