Lew’s American Hero WE GO 2 Speed Spin Combo

All three reels feature a 3-bearing system for smooth casting and reeling. Gear ratios are a quick 5.2:1 retrieve. Bails are strong and balanced thick aluminum to hold up through a multitude of family hands and outings. Plus, the reels come ready for action, already spooled with premium 6 lb. test monofilament fishing line. The rods are premium IM6 graphite blanks. Rod guides are lightweight stainless steel. Handles are high-density but lightweight EVA foam split grips for comfort and durability.

Answer: Mine is 5’6”. I love it. I use it shooting docks crappie fishing.

Answer: Yes when I purchased it it came as a rod and reel combo. Great for crappie fishing.

Answer: This was terrible - I didn't get all of the pieces. There was no way to "contact seller", so, I sent it all back.

Does the reel comes prespooled?

Answer: Can't remember, but I always take off the line that is on it. It has a memory that will not cast properly. I recommend putting new Flurocarbon line on any reel.

Max line poundage and what type of rod is is it a med heavy or what

Answer: This was terrible. I did not get all of the pieces. There was no way to "contact seller", so I sent it all back.

Answer: You can use fluorocarbon line on this reel.

Can you use these for pier fishing

Answer: Depends on the power of the rod and size of the reel, the one I received was a 5’6” light action so I wouldn’t use this one, also gotto make sure the reel is saltwater safe

Great little rod and reel. Very smooth with a great action rod.

Reel and bottom part of pole was in box and nothing else. New one coming and will see what it is like. For being new it was awful dusty. Will update once new one arrives.

I decided to try lightweight spinning gear and I really like this spinning rig! This cast great, after you remove some line. Do it first and you won't get frustrated when it tangles up on your casts. After I removed about 10 - 15 yards of line, it casted fine and did not tangle. I was able to catch my limit and look forward to many years of fishing with this rig!

Only packing paper and one piece showed up of the 6ft-2 piece rod I purchased. The taping job of the package looked rather shoddy, but I still expected to see the entire purchase. I was looking forward to using this rod at least once before taking it on a much needed outing with the guys. However, now thanks to this issue, I'm likely to be without.
