I have owned one for 4 years and it is great for trout fishing. My wife use it this year and had to have one. So that is why I ordered a second. The price is hard to beat. I will probably order a third as a backup.

Very smooth reel, great for mountain trout, bluegills other small game, ice fishing. Two metal spools, which is nice because I can load them with different lines. Quality built, excellent value foe the money. This one is a slightly different model than the last one, which was an SS. Only difference I can see is color of spool.

Great ultralight reel. I wanted an ultralight reel that would hold around 110-140 yrds of 2 or 3 lb test mono. Other 1000 sized reels I have hold much more but it's really wasting line that you won't use. Tica makes other Cetus reels that are similar but only the SE model comes with a metal extra spool. Others are graphite. A big factor when purchasing this reel.
