Answer: Yes... works for any type of reel as the holder holds the bulk line spool and adds tension only. The reel remains in your hands

Answer: South Chatham Tackle has always been selling this Super Spooler for $92 on Amazon--we have never listed it for $59.

Does it hold a 3000 bulk spool? can i add a reel holder? can i add a line counter?

Answer: As long as your spool is no larger than 8 inches tall and 8 inches in diameter, it will fit. However, the Super Spooler only gives a little bit of tension-- if you need more tension, or if you want to adjust the amount of tension, check out the Speed Spooler which is available on Amazon with a line counter. There is also a super spooler with a line counter on Amazon. The Reel Winder will need to be purchased from our South Chatham Tackle website. Hope this helps!

Will this hold a bulk reel of line that is 5.5" x 3" x 5.7"?

Answer: Yes. It will hold a bulk spool of line up to 8 inches diameter, and 8 inches in height.

Answer: Yes, I have used up to a 3000yrd spool of 50lb diamond mono and that just barely fits.
