Good packing but the cap of the real is stripped. I removed the cap to see how much line was on it and when I put the cap back on and went to tighten it just kept spinning. If they send me a replacement I will update review but other than that I will not be able to use the product. Going to contact seller and see about a replacement.

Works great. You have visual confirmation the reel is in free spool. Drag works well. Retrieving missed shots is fast. And I find the spinning reels are easier to retrieve fish with. It is a little tricky mounting it on some bows because of the narrow space in mounting bracket where Allen wrench is used. Over all great reel. Spinners are for winners!
