I'm a fan of Zona.................my all time LOL moment ever of watching a fishing show was the episode he filmed on Falcon Lake with Chris Zaldain and the camera guy in the boat following them fell in the water.

I have a disturbing fetish of finding extreme humor when people fall off of boats, I have fallen out of mine before, and hilarity has ensued.

I had the pleasure of meeting Zona at the Elite series at Table Rock a couple years ago, and he's the same guy in person as he is on his show. One of my dream days on the water would be getting to fish with Zona and Hackney. Don't care where or what we fish for, but they're 2 of my favorite guys to watch and listen to and together is just a big hot mess.

Zona's big fish slang term crack me up too. I still bust out a "Fence Panda" every once in awhile.

I have Shimano reels on all my G- Loomist rods. I buy all my Strike King lures and Trokar hooks from BPS and Bass Mafia. And I wear my Carhart coveralls while driving my Ram truck.

I think that same episode Chris's girlfriend was in the camera boat and got bored so she started fishing and started catching a few behind the camera.

My only complaint about the show....there isn't enough of them! We need 25 episode seasons! I can't get enough of the show. Being from Michigan the new season starts in the winter and helps to survive the winter just to have the season end late winter. Just when I think I'm going to make it through the winter watching the show the rugs pulled out from beneath me and back to my dark damp cave I go until 50 degree temps arrive.

If anyone should be cloned it should be Z to split hit time so we could get more shows!

I've always been a big fan of Zona's. Have learned a lot about fishing these Michigan waters from his shows and seminars. I can't wait until this weeks ZAFS, finally a new episode and it just happens to be with newly crowned Classic winner Jordan Lee.

If Zona is reading this, please bring back the chat function on the Bassmaster Live broadcasts! It had a good/helpful chat crowd that would catch people up on things they might have missed or not understood during the broadcast.
