Enjoy the festive holiday. With family and friends. As we get older every holiday is a blessing. I really enjoy and cherish the family even more. Plus the food is good too. I look forward to the sausage n cranberry turkey stuffin more than ever. Plus the baked stuffed shells too. But it's the gather of the family that rocks.

Yeah, I hear you (though I'm on the coast, just south of Boston: it's not snowing here) - I just sent three of my reels down to Mike @ DVT; already driving wife nuts with this forum and another rod I don't really need just showing up at the door........ gonna be a long winter......

Mike is less than an hour from me. Got to meet him this past year. Great guy and fantastic service. He took care of a spinning rod issue and helped me upgrade bearings on another reel including a full clean/lube of the bearings.
You won't be disappointed. Hang in there ... this winter is going to be LONG i'm afraid.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone.I have so much to be thankful for.My wife took me back eight years ago,we were married for 27yrs,and got divorced.I thank God everyday for Linda.Now if she'll only marry me again. 
.I do the cooking now, everything is cooked on the grill or smoker.Today I made the dressing,cheesy potatoe cassorale,they'll be put on the grill tomorrow,with the garlic roasted brussles sprouts.I made two pumpkin pies.Tomorrow while the turkey is on the smoker,i'll make sweet potatoe cassorale,and sweet potatoe biscuits.Life is Great.

I sent him three of my reels last year, one being a Revo SX, which came back casting significantly better and a whole bunch farther. My Core MG7 came back an animal. I'm looking forward to what he's going to do with my PQs and *** he just got from me.

Baked stuffed shells... are you from an Italian family? We always had a nice pasta dish to go along with the turkey-'n'-fixin's when I was growing up. Enjoy!
I spent Thanksgiving morning running the snowblower. The last thing I did before I came back inside was knock the snow off the boat, which is all snuggled up under its tarp in the yard.
I got out for a little bit on Sunday over at Lake Bomoseen in VT. The southern end of the lake was frozen already! I got skunked throwing blade baits, but I saw a guy in a nearby boat catch a few dink smallies on light spinning gear... I couldn't tell what he was using. I winterized the boat and covered her up when I got home. :-(
