If i had to chose one bait to use for any one random day of the year, I would pick up a Gary Yamamoto 5" senko in the Junebug color. What would you chose?
yeah prob a senko not necessarily my favorite but definitely one of the most producing baits
Looks like this ones been kicked around some. Here are some links

It's still fun though..
Mine is a quarter ounce jig with a rage craw trailer.
A 5" weightless T- or wacky rigged GY senko is a close second, and a 1/2 oz rattletrap is a distant third.
3/8 ounce booyah spinnerbait
Bandit 100 series
Zoom Trickworm

Sorry, I'm new.
T-rigged Zoom Baby Brush Hog,watermelon/magic color.
If had to choose 1,would prob go to my pumpkin seed baby brush hog!!
WORM
If I had to pick one bait it would be a Missouri Craw Eakins jig with a GP twin tail trailer.
my mistake, I wasn't trying to come off negatively, Heck, I'm new myself!
If I had to choose one, I'd go with a buzz bait, not that id catch many fish, but its the most fun way to catch bass IMO.

Jig/Rage Craw
1 bait? Dogwalker. Nothing like topwater fishing.
Versatility- Jig
Favorite- Spro Bronzeye
zoom 6" lizard in watermelon seed or a 1/2 ounce french spinner
Junebug baby brush hog
Junebug senko
Hart buzz bait
Wish I could use them more!!!!!!!!!!
The one tied to the end of my line...... I don't play favorites. It's all about confidence. If I don't believe it will catch a bass then I cut it off and tie something else on.
My favorite lure to use is a frog. I tend to prefer Bobby's Perfect or Ish's. It's hard to replicate the excitement of getting a hit on a frog. I like other topwaters too but when you're fishing a frog you get to target cover more. By second favorite would be tossing a square bill around shallow cover.
I guess it would be your plan ole' spinnerbait early spring winding bank you just can't beat it.

Northstar jig and rage craw here.
1. 7-1/2" Culprit worm - tequila sunrise, red shad, junebug.
1a. 1/2oz. lipless crank - chrome w/ blue back or any color that looks like a shad.

Well I would have to say ........
White and Red Jitterbug
Northland Tackles Mimic Minnow
Booyah Spinner Bait in white or crawfish colors
i really like the dt series and the spro little john crankbaits.
It's different every year, based on what's been producing the best.
This year, it's been a 10" ribbontail worm with 5/16th oz tungsten weight.
Last year, it was junebug 1/2oz jigs with action trailers, or black Ish's Phat Frogs.
The year before, a 3/4oz double willow, gold shiner colored spinnerbait with a thinned out skirt, or watermelon Senkos skipped under docks
Not always the most productive but I enjoy swimbaits with cranks being my go to in most situations when I need numbers.
1/4 oz white or chartreuse spinnerbait.
Give me a Zoom fluke...
