Selecting Modes For Different Foods

This is an important step when vacuuming food.

Red Light- Indicates DRY food, foods that don't have liquids or moisture. Ex: nuts, cereal, candy, dried fruits
Green Light- Indicates WET food, foods that have moisture or small amounts of liquids. Ex: Fresh fish and raw meats, marinated meats and more.

Normal Vacuuming Mode

Normal vacuum lets the machine do the job, this is the easiest mode. The machine pumps out the air until it reaches a certain pressure. The suction is strong and is recommended if you want the bag be very tight.

Manual Vacuum Mode

Manual vacuum lets you control the amount of suction you want out of the bag. When you don't want your items to be sealed air tight, this is the mode you use. When the desired amount of suction is reached press the seal only button to seal the bag.

Outside Vacuum Mode

Outside vacuum is for external containers or canisters. With the included external suction hoses you can vacuum out the air from containers. Just attach the hose to the side of the machine and the other end to the container. Once you have reached the amount of pressure needed, press the "STOP" button and seal your container. This machine will automatically stop after 5 minutes if not stopped.
