Why does the plastic does not stick to the cup? (It work but it not stick)

Answer: You may have incompatible plastics (Cup and film come in different kinds). You can adjust the heat to a higher setting to try and melt it more.

When the cup is put in, the sealing film does not move or rolls but makes a "click" sound from the cup sealer machine.

Answer: The sealing film is not installed correctly, the bayonet of the waste film roller is not aligned with the screw, and it shall be reinstalled according to the schematic diagram on the top of the machine case.

Does this machine seal PET plastic cups? if so what film needs to be purchased and what temperature does it need to be set?

Answer: It seals both PET and PP film. Your film should suggest the temperature, as it's the film that melts to the cup. I've had luck sealing both types of plastic with the temperature mine came at, but it's only a few buttons to adjust up/down to get the right seal.

Answer: Yes, it work with pet plastic. you should purchase film made by pet plastic and find out the right dimensions , you should see it in the film descriptions(don’t purchase the one only work with pp plastic) i set the temperature 180. And it work fine for me.

Answer: Try to set the holding time little bit longer, but it will make the whole plastic cover looks soft, not a good machine.

Ultimately not a bad product. I will mention that there were several complications setting up the system because the instructions weren’t as clear as i would have hoped. Thankfully we weren’t beginners and have worked with a system like this before, making the process not as painful. When we turned it on everything worked as intended but we began to run into an issue because the plastic film began to stick to the heat sealing platform (*the platform that lowers when heated to seal the cup) and it wouldn’t seal on the cup. Be really careful on setting up the film into the cup sealer, and ensure that everything is facing in the right directions and lined up where they are intended to. That’s what fixed our issues with the sealer! Overall a good product for the price, it was definitely better than paying for the branded cup sealers totally thousands! this was well worth the price.

It works quite well. We had to adjust the side sensor though because it kept rolling the film past what it needed to so a lot of film was wasted. We adjusted the "eye" and now it works perfectly. We only had it for about a week so time will tell how long it will last, but so far so good.
