I often go to Ohio to visit relatives and go through the cheese shops in the Amish area. I can buy big packages of cheese ends for reasonable that come sealed. Once open. cheese doesn't have a great shelf life...especially if only one person in the house. This is amazing. I wanted something that took the air out of refrigerated foods like avacados and this definitely did the job. These photos are after 24 hrs. I needed a way to preserve a lot of just picked strawberries until I could make jam (didn’t want to freeze them) and I couldn’t have asked for a better product. I’m so impressed I’m ordering a second one for my RV. Please know that like the other reviewers I needed to be patient in the beginning and gently work the little nozzle on to the bag receptor with a slight twist & turn motion for it to adhere and vacuum but once it started it work just as well as my big sealer vacuum with way less hassle. Love this thing!

I like that it is small and easy to put away. Also, I don’t have to worry about buying the food saver bags/rolls.

The only issue I have is you can’t use liquid for it. So beware or be careful, make sure your meat is dry.

It took me a minute to figure out how to use it but that was my fault! It really is easy to use and we love using it! Just make sure to take off the clear nozzle, the red part is what should touch the bag and suck out the air! I like having something small and easy to store instead of my big food saver. I’ll still use it for bigger food projects but if I am freezing leftover meat or using my Sous vide, it small and works perfectly!

I gave this 5 stars because it worked really well and is so easy to use. Just be aware -- that clear plastic cover over the suction is to use if you are working with liquids. If you do not use it and get liquids inside the vacuum, then the vacuum will fail and you will have learned an expensive lesson.

These work but it takes a bit to get used too. You have to get the vacuum sealing device just right onto the valve or it won’t suction properly. Took me a couple of tries but I figured it out. And the suctioning device is pretty strong too. My only complaint is that I wish there were better directions.

I've been using a counter top vacuum sealer for years, using glass jars and lids to save bags. When I saw your product, I was very curious, as I haven't had much luck sealing bags on my large vacuum sealer. Wow, was I surprised at the amount of power and the speed in which it vacuums. Was also impressed that you included everything that was needed to get started and that the bags can be re-used (unlike the others, which must be cut smaller to open.) My only suggestion would be to give notice that for recharging, an adapter is needed, which we just happened to have. Will recommend to family and friends!

It does take a little adjusting to get it fully aligned as suction power is good, not great , but to be expected for the small size it is. Once you get the hang of it, it is a breeze to use. Just takes a little patience. I absolutely recommend. In fact, we plan on buying as Christmas stuffing stockers.
