Amazon Customer : Blade Is All Scratched Up

I paid for a new fillet knife and expect to receive a new and quality control inspected product, what I received has significant scratches on the blade. Additionally, it has two rust spots, chips and blade di it’s and the end cap looks like garbage. I’d send it back but everything that I’m buying on Amazon looks second hand and I can’t keep going to the post office.
