Do these have anything printed on them - logo or otherwise? I'm looking for 100% blank bags.

Answer: Nothing. They are blank. The standard...smooth on one side and textured on the other. But no logos.

Answer: Definitely blank. I was actually unhappy about that because I wanted a white strip I could write on.

I don't see anywhere on here that tells me how these bags are vacuum sealed. Does it come with a pump? Does it even need a pump?

Answer: You need a counter top vacuum machine such as a Foodsaver to seal the top. Not for use with a handheld pump.

Answer: One end is sealed. You need a food saver type counter top vacuum machine to vacuum and seal the top.

Answer: It's just the bags. You need to buy a vacuum sealer in order to seal it.

Answer: They work with a vacuum seal machine. It vacuums the air out and heat seals it closed.
