Answer: This machine broke as soon as I turned it on. So I didn’t get a chance to find out what it could do. I wouldn’t suggest this one at all.

Because of its design it doesn't dry items at the same rate. Even at its highest temp it burns stuff of the botom row and leaves the top wet. I have a presto which is way cheaper and it dries much better

Got this in the mail this week and used it the following day. The first thing I made (what I usually make) is jerky for my dog! As you can see from the photos the end product is a perfectly made chicken jerky from this dehydrator! I used chicken breast and let it dehydrate for 8 hours to ultimately get the results you see. The dehydrator was super easy to use and I had no problems setting it up and cleaning afterwards. It doesn’t take up much room so I just leave it on the kitchen counter. Definitely will be making more jerky after we finish this batch, which shouldn’t take long at all. Very happy with this purchase.

This product is very suitable for me. The size is just perfect, not too big and not too small, and it’s very easy to clean with each set. It worth for the price! I recommend it! Summer is coming, I like to use this to make my dried fruit tea!

I did some research before I brought this food dehydrator. Then I made many fruits after I received this unit. Each time I made with my kids, it’s very easy to operate and clean after use. My daughter very love to do it by her own. It’s very nice to make kids snack. I could definitely recommending to my friends.

Instructions don’t really make sense. The default temp is 95 degrees F on mine. It said it was a lot hotter. I soak the trays first for easy cleanup. I like the timer. It sets in 30 minute increments. Defaults to eight hours. I would be gentle with them. Trays also seems like they could easily break. Handle carefully. I like that this item stores in a more compact size. To make taller for drying, make sure the center supports on the long side of the tray all line up. (The supports are not centered). To store compactly, alternate the trays 180 degrees when stacking. You will see the supports do not line up and they stack closer and tighter. I have included two photos to see how it stores.

Bought one of these for my mother (with the request that she make beef jerky) and it turned out wonderfully! This thing is so easy to use to make beef jerky especially. Buy some meat, marinade it, then pop it in for 7-9 hours and wait. The end result is out of this world. Once you realize how easy it is, you won't stop making that jerky!

Set up and get all fruit sliced, stacked and turn on time and temperature, check at three hour mark and everything is exactly as I put it in. Check and blowing cold air. Thinking I messed up following book to a tee set up time and temp again. Check 1/2 later, nothing but cold air. Disappointed, returning tomorrow. Saw all 5 star ratings, square trays that I wanted. Oh well.

I got this one as a replacement for my current one. A flimsy one that sounds like a vaccum while running. While this one is a little smaller and more quiet, it performs terribly. I've left it on max settings for about 12 hours now, only filled to half capacity and my beef jerky is only about half way done. Again I have a cheap $30 dehydrator as well, that's loud and flimsy and it could dehydrate all my meat at full capacity in 8 hours, I'm guessing it's going to be 24 hours+ for this one a half capacity, and it was $90 to top it off.

Was not what we expected when we got it. Smaller then what it looked like in pictures. When we tried to return it we had to to pay for the shipping ourselves back to China when though it was shipped to us from the United States and the shipping was going to cost more then the item. NOT HAPPY! Lesson learn for next time about doing business with a third party outside of the United States
