Is the hoop bendable to make it more elongated for spiney lobster catching?
Answer: If you are catching small ones it would be fine I’m sure,it’s not a big net nor is it that deep,wasn’t big enough for a 22” speckled trout-hope this helps.

This is a small portable net. The pole extends and retracts easily and it has a comfortable handle. The net is circular and has fairly large holes (about 3/4 inch). The net itself feels like it is made out of plastic instead of any sort of mesh material, although it is bendable and collapsible. Because of the large holes, you wouldn't want to use this net if you are trying to use small bait or catch small fish as they will fall through. This is a good size net for a child to use if they want to have some fun in the water. I tried it in a local pond and it worked well.
