how big is it?

Answer: It is not as long as a Barbie doll. It is meant to be a beginners tackle box or a jewelry box. If you are familiar with Caboodles it is the size of a medium one. It has a top tray that has divided sections. The bottom is open and deep. I do not know the exact dimensions as it was a gift for my niece, but it is spacious. Some people are upset bc it can not store Barbies. It is not that long. I got my niece tons of tackle and bobbers and they fit perfectly.

Answer: We store our “cars” cars in there. The little trays space are just the right size For them. We had to take the tray out and we can fit 31 cars in there.

Answer: I think it has various sized compartments so Don’t know that this would work for that purpose. I have seen storage systems for matchbox cars on here that would probably work better.

Answer: Yes. It could be used as a kids first aid kit. There is enough room for first aid material.

Answer: I imagine it could. The latch breaks easy with use, but a first aid kit isn't something that gets accessed that often. It should do the job. They aren't that big, but they have enough space that you should be able to fit what you need in there.

Answer: I don't recall. I didn't keep it long enough to measure it. I returned it immediately after reading the LEAD warnings.

Answer: It was a gift for my niece so I can't recall exact, but it was about 8 or 9 inches long, 6 or 7 inches deep, and 4 inches wide. It was the size of a medium Caboodle.

Answer: Yes, I think it could. It has a small tray on the top with small compartments and it sits on a bracket and when you lift it up it is totally open under the tray. That's a great idea - make-up box. I bought it for my five year old granddaughter's birthday and the Frozen fishing pole and some hooks and lures for the tackle box. I hope this helped you. Answer: it is like a fishing tackle box but yes, I could see it working to store clothes and shoes. It is not a very large box

Bought this for my daughter to use for makeup/jewelry. It was a great alternative to a Caboodle. Much less expensive, and she loves the Disney Princess detail! I have not had any issues with the quality of this box, as some others have said. It has held up great to my 6-year old, who is not exactly gentle with it!

It is an excellent product for just about anything a little girl could want; whether it is used for fishing, for beads, or for anything in-between. She loved it at first sight. The label (that you can't read until you receive the product) on this product states that "This product contains ingredients known to cause cancer in reproductive organs and also may cause birth defects is known in the state of CA. In addition this product contains lead." While this is probably on a very small scale and required by law to be listed knowing this as a parent there is NO WAY I could give this to my daughter. If she were to ever develop conditions as stated above I would feel horrible and wonder if it could be prevented had I not given her the gift. Amazon should not allow this product to be sold unless the manufacture makes changes!!

Got this one because my 7 year old daughter loved the pink and princess on the box. The blue knob in front that suppose to open/close it fell off few minutes after we took it out of the box. Besides that little malfunction its made out of cheap thin plastic and it feels and looks cheap. Well, it is cheap. But safe yourself time, don't buy it.

Small and cute, but missing the decals and the color is different. ours is White top and dark pink bottom, not the light pink shown. Not horrible just not exactly as shown. Works for us because we use it to put Hatchimals in it.

Not as pictured. Gave three stars because the tote I received was not the same one pictured when I ordered it.
It was a gift, and she loved it all the same, still pink and Barbie, but not the one I ordered.
Still a good tote and just the right size for a 2-5 year old child. But buyer beware, you may not get the same tote as pictured!

I have 3 grandaughters. 2 are 3 yrs of age (twins) and their lil sister is 2. I bought the twins theirs when they turnd 2 and it was time to by the youngest hers. She just loves it!!! Very disappointed. The size stated in the description is so far off and I bought for specific items to be stored in it. Also, I agree that the 'buckle' seems flimsy. There were many kids tackle boxes to choose from, but this one was chosen for its bright colors and the Cars theme. Our grandsons is enamored with all things car themed. Buyer beware - there edges on this are kind of sharp I gave this to my daughter and within minutes of opening it up she cut herself on the plastic edge. Though it was a small cut similar to a paper cut it scared her. So just be careful if you buy this and give it to small child.
