Luggage scale for air travel suit cases and also as a scale for weighing catches on my fishing boat.

Features, Pro and Con…..
… Has all the basic features of similar digital scales
… Name brand batteries (4x AAA) were included with the scales
… Has auto-hold function on digital display
… Has small tape measure on side of case (presumably for measuring length of fish… or?
… Hook happens to be a bit small for luggage… recommend obtaining larger hook as adaptor-device
(Re above: You can purchase larger hooks with eyelets at hardware stores to attached to scale hooks)

Overall Opinion & Recommendations….
This is a basic ‘no-brainer’ item. At a price per scale of $6, compared to typical digital hook-scales sold in the travel industry, this is about 1/3 to ¼ the cost of those specialty hand-held scales.

This unit comes with batteries that is old and leaking fluids. but the unit are working just fine. other problem is that the handle is too small, i can only fit 3 finger on the handle(for me i don't think that i could lift 30-50 kilo with just 3 finger). seller and manufacture need to fix this. Thanks

I got the two pack and they both arrived completely dead. Not the batteries, I tried brand new batteries. The units themselves do not work. Won't even turn on. They also feel super cheap so I'm sure if they had worked it wouldn't have been for very long.

I ordered these fish scales in order to keep one at home to weigh luggage for flights, and bring one to the barn to weigh hay nets to ensure that my horse is eating the proper amount of hay for his weight. These are fantastic. Easy to use, and are nice and small so they're easy to store as well. It took me a second to figure out the on/off function and changing units but they're easy to operate even without using the manual. The backlit display is awesome for dark nights at the barn when you wouldn't otherwise be able to read it. They do feel a bit "cheap" as far as the component goes, hence 4 stars, along with the fact that the batteries they arrived with were corroded and leaking. However, the product itself does exactly what it needs to do! I definitely recommend.
