How long of a rod does this fit on? I have a couple rods over 7 feet and not sure if that'll fit.
Answer: they fully cover a 6'6" rod to the reel. i have them on a 7'3" and they are short, but still cover enough to keep the rods from tangling. weave is a little looser than i like but not a major problem.
Answer: I have a rod that is 7'6" and that's a stretch.

Answer: I'm using them for 2-piece rods without any problem. I don't see any reason why a 4-piece would not fit ... in fact, I'm sure they would. They expand quite a bit. Peter

Despite the product description, on some spinning rods, these rod sleeves will not go over the last eyelet (one closest to reel). These rod sleeves seem to be made more for baitcasting rods.

For the money they are really good. All my casting rods they fit great, the new spinning rods not so much, I can force it over the last eye. My older spinning rods with larger eyes forget about it.
So for the price and knowing what your getting there worth it. I’m just looking elsewhere for larger ones for my older spinning rods.
