How does it turn on? Been pressing firmly back and forth and no heat, no seal

Answer: Make sureu slide back the plastic part that covers the 'tab'. Then put the plastic in between, press for a few seconds as you slide slowly. It def does work! :)

Super easy to use. It’s not for plastic or aluminum cause it will catch flame or burn. Kinda bummed because most chip bags are plastic or made with film so it doesn’t seal.

First impression the item felt very cheaply made, it would constantly melt threw the plastic and it was difficult to slide it across due to it like sticking. I sent mine back going to try a different brand. It also had a strange smell to it. I personally feel like I can get more for my money.
