Answer: 1.5 by 1.5 inches, but they stretch to larger holes when the net is extended (pulled) in either direction.

Answer: I don't know how well one holds up against the other. It seems to me that nylon, being a synthetic, will not deteriorate like twine will eventually. I strung my netting across a wall by my pool and use it to hang our towels with clothespins to dry.

Answer: There isn't much surface for gluing and not sure it would hold any tugging. You could stitch it on with a few thin thread stitches. Maybe forget about the bra and just wear the net tied around.

It's really nice - a little stiffer to work with than regular netting - but pretty pliable. Just not sure the holes in it are small enough to keep birds out of your bushes. Answer: It appears to made of strong cord that is slightly stretchable, could be a synthetic material that is strong. It is not rope strands and stands up well in weather. I have installed outside as a basketball court net to keep the ball from bounding out of the court. I have had no problem with it breaking or over-stretching.

Answer: If I were training pigeons, I wouldn't recommend using this net as the squares are a bit small if you have a big bird cause the feathers might get snagged in the net or even the claws could get hooked up and hurt the bird. Each opening of square of the net measures about 4" x 4 " . Good luck with your training.

Answer: hI Jaime.. the netting is soft and drapey, so I don't think hanging heavy items on it will work, I am a caterer, so we use the netting for the buffet stations to drape over the luau fabric for an authentic Hawaiian look. If you hang lightweight plastic items like plastic crabs, seashells, tropical flowers, small photos, etc, this should work, but I don't think it can support heavier weight items as the netting is kind of stretchy.. looks great on a wall or on a buffet station for a luau..it's real fisherman's netting..

Answer: hi Sabrina, the netting that I ordered actually came from a fishing company, and seems sturdy enough to be used for catching fish, just not whales or dolphins, only medium size fish like trout or similar } I used it for decorating a luau buffet table the holes may be too big to catch smaller fish..maybe can bring fishing poles just in case..

This net is absolutely perfect for a bed canopy. I ended up having to order 3 because 2 was not enough for what I needed. There was a slight musty smell, but that is gone really. You can smell it if you hold it up to your face, but it's faint. The strong smell only lasted a week or so. Looks great though. My son is 12 and he loves it. He does say it looks a little more beachy than steampunk, but I tried!

What I got was what looked to be authentic fish nets made of nylon that looks and feels VERY real and strong. Super cool! In fact one of the nets had a paper tag that looked like it was manufactured as a real fish net. Although all 12 were not completely identical, they were all very similar in color and feel and look GREAT! I couldn't be more pleased with this product!

Great net, suing it to hold down palm fronds on cabana roof. It's a bit on the small side and even stretching with a couple of people does not quite reach the advertised size. Better get two and overlap.

I ordered two of the fish nets to use in a program at our church. I ordered and received both at the same time. They even arrived a day early - yeah!
However, the two nets were not the same - even the packages were not the same size(one was about twice the size as the other). One of the nets was perfect but one was much smaller, lighter, and mis-shaped - not at all what I expected for the price. The only reason I am not returning the item is because we need to have it for the church program and I'm afraid a replacement would not arrive in time.

Net looks nothing like the picture. It's got giant holes. It's not one piece of net, either. It's a bunch of thin ropes sewn together at weird spot intervals so the piece is full of bulky ties, and not even close to 5'x10' (it's about 2-3'x7').

Super disappointed - I was prepared to buy more packages to use in a craft project, but since the seller is being misleading and not selling their product as advertised, I'll be moving elsewhere.

fire starter : Disappointing quality

I purchased this item in July and was happy with the quality. It was supposed to be "authentic" and appeared as such. I wanted a matching net, so I went to my order list and selected "order again". The item description was the same, but the net arrived and is very different. The color is much lighter, the material is flimsy, and the holes are much larger. It clearly is not the same and not "authentic". It will not hold decorative items of any weight. It would cost almost as much to send it back and I won't purchase another not knowing what I will get. So I'm stuck. Extremely disappointed.
