Has anyone experienced the smoke infuser going out? I've replaced the batteries and still nothing. I've only had the product since May 2021.

Can you use the infuser without the box?

Answer: Yes, you can use infuser without the box, just put the infuser hose in the container with the food to be smoke and cover it. You can use plastic wrap to cover the container.

So easy to use. And yes the box leaks a small amount of smoke but that is normal. Light the smoke chips and press the button. Takes only a few seconds to fill box with smoke. Let drink sit in box for 30 secs or more and enjoy!

I was expecting the box to contain the smoke and it does not. Smoke leaks from the lid, where the tube is inserted and all seams.
