Questions about AFTCO Waist

What is the length of the belt? Will it accomodate a big man? 60' waist?

Answer: I am really not sure...I would write AFTCO and they should be able to tell you.

What's the difference between large, medium and day belts

Answer: The size of the belt you should buy depends on the size of the fish you will be fighting. However, truth be told...I use only an Alijos Belt. I landed a 312 lb. yellowfin tuna using that very belt (day belt) a few months back. However, if you plan on using the belt in conjunction with a butt harness then you will need a Clarion belt for the 200 lb. yft, a Socorro belt for 100-200 and a day belt for under 100 lbs. Personally, I prefer the day belt and I use the boats rail in lieu of a harness. That's what most west coast long range guys do.

Answer: I use the large on big fish, marlin and broadbill.

Does it come with the straps

Answer: No. It comes with crazy glue and a disposable razor. Shave your belly and glue it on. OF COURSE IT COMES WITH STRAPS...

Answer: To be clear there is an adjustable waist strap. Drop straps are an option to lower the belt on your thighs giving you better leverage for fish fighting.

does this have velcro of snap in clips to hold it up ?

item was shipped incomplete. How do I contact with the seller to correct?

is the belt velcro or does it fasten with a clip similiar to a seat belt?

Answer: The belt has both options. It has the option to lock the belt in place or just click it in. I set the velcro to the person and then use the click in for quick easy on and off.

Answer: The belt is Velcro with quick release clips from base, at each end.

ordered this belt twice n didnt come with the clip in place belt but came velcro? Can i please get the clip locks as advertised? Say mail is full?
