This knife was not nearly as sharp and as good quality as it appeared. Though it is functional, it does not fillet meat

Amazon has a ton of fillet knives that all look the same at a similar price. I'm not sure why I picked this one, but I'm glad I did. It is sharp and flexible. A good knife, especially for the price.

I really enjoy using this knife. It cuts great, however it did get dull pretty quick. I just run it a few times through the sharpener and it works great again. I haven’t used the gloves yet, but it’s cool that it comes with them.
