Nebti14 : It works...

This thing works. It does not over-impress with its build quality, but it works. It doesn't latch smoothly with ball-bearing precision, but it works. It doesn't come with great directions, but it does have bags to get started with and extra gaskets for when the original gaskets wear out--all it needs to work.

I've never had a vacuum sealer before getting this one and as a newbie I really don't know what makes one sealer better than another. This sealer seems built like an economy model, but what do I know? It's also priced like an economy model, so I wouldn't hold that against it.

What I do know is that it works. It sucks air out and melts plastic, forming a sealed bag, exactly as I expected it to.

I bought this vacuum sealer because I’ve been stocking up on produce, and I wanted to be able to store it for months in the freezer! It’s done exactly what I want and given a great seal and taken the air out so that my food doesn’t get freezer burn. The design is sleek, and I love that bags are included. Here’s a helpful trick too! If the bag is too large, cut it down and seal the side you cut down. Then, just add your half avocado or whatever you’re freezing, and seal the other side like normal. I think this may become one of my most used kitchen appliances!

Let me just start out saying, I have an expensive FoodSaver vacuum sealer that works very well. However, it is bulky and it takes up a good bit of space to use. After a while, it becomes a LOT less "exciting" to deal. I still love it and it is very useful but, it has tons of features I will rarely if ever use.

After purchasing the Dreamme Automatic Vacuum Food Sealer, I realize just how wonderful it is. It is very light and very portable, and of great quality. It's very easy to work with and therein lies the real value of owning one. I can set it just about anywhere in an instant and "now", with inexpensive pre-made gallon, quart and/or pint size bags, it's no trouble to use and that makes using it a no-brainer. Now, I can do what I need to do, quickly and efficiently and cleaning up is just as quick and efficient. I love it !!!

This is an excellent sealer. It is super easy to use and works perfectly. It will accommodate bags up to eleven inches wide and comes with a starter set. I use for sous vide as well as freezing food. So far, no issues. You can pump the air out and seal or simply seal. It is compact and easy to store. Great unit.
