- The fruits and vegetables are better stored in the refrigerator after being sealed. (Avoid breaking the vacuum due to gas generation)
- When sealing soft fruits or vegetables, it is recommended to select the "MOIST MODE" to avoid squeezing damage to the food due to excessive suction.
- There is a white prompt line at the top of the vacuum bag opening which can guide you to insert it into the correct position of the vacuum machine.
- For those foods that are much smaller than the vacuum sealer bags, the vacuum sealer bags can be cut accordingly before sealing.
- It is better to make the glossy side of the bag upward and textured side downward when placing into the sealer.
- Make sure there is no excessive moisture and overfilling.

Answer: I believe it’s the lids you will need. A regular Mason jar with the addition of the vacuum lids it what you’ll need. Lots of those right here at Amazon.

This has happened on every time I’ve tried to use these bags with sous vide! Why the heck is air getting in there!? That should not happen.
Answer: I'm not sure I understand the problem. However, I have noticed that in order to get a proper seal, the bag has to be inserted deeply into the sealer. Also, the contents of the bag has to be small enough to allow the bag to be put into the sealer in the right position. It is a little tricky. I think, though. that it is a good device.

This comes nicely packaged and easy to store. At 6"x10", the size might seem too small for some, but it is actually a very useful size.
If there is only you, or perhaps only two, this size makes great serving sizes. It can hold one large chicken breast. Be sure to season it before sealing, and you'll have an easy, flavorful dinner. It is great for other individual meat servings as well.
If you like to prep, this size holds salt and spices very well. I would not put anything sharp in these, mainly because of the relatively small surface area. Even if you buy extra spices in plastic containers, vacuum-sealing them in these bags will add a lot of extra shelf life.
Overall, I am very happy with these bags and the smaller size.

These bags seal well when used with my Sinpuren sealer, which has a double seal. These 6x10 bags are about the smallest bags available, I think. They are thick enough but not as thick as some that I've used. They come nice and flat, too. I've received other bags this size that are all curled up and wonky, so they won't lie flat in my drawer.
This little size does come in handy more times than one would imagine. It's a great size for Sous Vide individual steaks, chops, chicken pieces, etc. (same goes for freezing) You could freeze 1 lb of ground beef or sausage in this size as well.
At around 7C per bag, they're an "ok" deal. I like them.

pre-cut - I got the 6"x10" bags in 100 count
One side of the bag is embossed with air channel design and the other side is not. Apparently the dot texture does help the air flow under the item for a more air to be removed so your food item will be fresh.
This bag is inside of the Wevac Chamber Vacuum Sealer, CV12 - as you can see it has a liquid in it - Pizza Sauce to be exact and it was sealed perfectly fine!
BPA free, perfect for sous vide, can be frozen, microwaved, re-used and dishwasher safe.

Works great for wet and dry items. I use them for sugar, flour and cereal. They also work great for meat and cheese. Overall these are a good value compared to the prices at the grocery store.

These are great single serving size bags overall, but I have noticed that boney cuts of meat can perforate the bags. They're slightly thinner than the OEM bags, but it's enough that if a cut of chicken breast, lamb, or even a few ribs poke through they can tear the bag when the vacuum sealer suctions down.
I have a Food Saver V4400, so other sealers may work differently. These are smaller bags, and since they're sealed on three sides already, all I have to do is use my sealer to seal the last end. I can seal these without vacuum packing if I need to put things like chips or leftovers in them for the fridge, but when I use the vacuum feature it works well. The inside of the bag has a textured surface that allows air to flow through and suction out. It seems a little less textured than OEM, but the sealer didn't work any harder to pull the extra air out.
I do a double seal with these, which can be harder since they're short bags. My machine auto detects so I am careful to place the bag back as far as I can for the initial seal, and then slightly place it in to capture a second seal. This helps incase for some reason one seal breaks. It does trap a tiny amount of air between seals, but it's better than losing an entire chicken breast to freezer burn. They suction down nicely and since I have a wet feature on my machine, I don't have to prefreeze anything before using these bags. Overall, good buy at $14 for 100 count. It makes them about 14 cent per bag which can help save a $2-$20 cut of meat or single portion out blanched produce. I'll just be careful not to seal up bone in cuts and they'll be perfect. I'd get them again.

These do not hold up to freezing. The bag becomes brittle and tears easily once I pull the item from the freezer.

I like these since I can prep small quantities of food that I can use later. More often than not, I only need a small quantity of frozen food. I don’t need a huge bag of an item, I usually just need a small portion. These bags are great for such an occasion. They hold up well & are easy to seal in our vacuum sealer.
