This net is a terrific product at a great price! I have used it several times already. During my most recent fly-fishing trip, it came in handy when I was trying to land a larger-than-normal fish (carp). I am not sure I would have been able to get the fish into the kayak without it!

Sturdy net. It’s longer than your standard fly fishing net, so you don’t have to bend down at much to net a fish. Easier to fight/net a fish when you’re by yourself.

Reservoir Dogg : Works well but small fish could slip through the holes

The net seems to be made very well. it's not a light net but that's probably because it's pretty big. It's about the size of a Fishpond Emerger net but I believe it weighs more. The rubber netting feels good but I think the size of the holes is too large. A 9" trout slipped through pretty easy.
