This is a great well made product for the money, i searched for a long time for a great fishing gaff that was high quality but yet would stay around the 100 dollar mark and was over 6 Feet long. I really like the hand grips as well on this gaff. I looked at the 8 Foot ones as well and while that was my first choice in length the went went this one because of the material and my boat is not a large boat anyway and the gunnel is close enough to the water for this to reach for larger game fish away from the boat. The shipping was quick i think less than a week for this environment that is excellent. I will be ordering a 9 foot throw net sometime soon if you wanna send me a promo code...
