We received the dehydrator and its terrible . IT was on for over 7 hours and everything was still RAW. What kind of product exclaims it dehydrates quickly and it take more than 12 hours to do its job. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Not worth the money or your time.

The only thing I wish this had was a guide for time/temp to use for which foods. It is way too big for my small kitchen, but I wanted to be able to do a lot at once. I'm using this for raw dehydration of fruits and veggies. Made a really nice mango fruit leather with raspberry swirl. As I saw on other raw dehydration articles (there are so few straightforward resources online), it took experimentation to get it right. 105 to 115 degrees for 12 hours does the trick.

Used the dehydrator 5-6 times, worked amazingly well but than it didn't. Just completely stopped turning on, tried several different outlets so it's not that. Unfortunately had to return it, was good while it lasted.

This is the most amazing food dehydrator I've ever seen or owned. I can lower the temperature and dehydrat for more time or add time.
I use soy sauce black strap molasses and seasonings from peppers to garlic. On fruit I'll add a sprinkle of raw sugar or honey. The uses are endless.
