What material is it? Paper? Laminated paper?

Answer: This one is paper, we also offer a waterproof version. The paper version is better for plotting on, since it is easier to erase than the waterproof version, the waterproof version should not be folded. We ship all of our NOAA charts rolled in a tube not folded. Make sure to order from Ruby & Rudy.
