Works well on smaller bags but when you get to the bigger ones it doesn't have enough power to suck out the air as the suction power only last for 8 seconds or so but like I said works well on smaller bags

I LOVE THIS VACUUM SEALER!!! I needed this for my brand new business, and needed something cheaply priced but not cheaply made. I was so nervous when this vacuum sealer came in, because I paid very little for it. It's small in size, and very light. I read the instructions and used it for the first time with no problems. It seals FANTASTICALLY! I love it so much.

If you are like me who needs a few items sealed here and there. You don't need those expensive 70 dollar sealers, this is good enough.

This product does what it says. Vacuums air and seals the bag to make it ready for storage. The max rated vacuum it can produce as it says in the manual is -500mmHg. I don't know diddly squat about that but from experience, it looks pretty darn suctioned up lol.

You could also use this for sous vide, but I just use regular ziplock freezer bags for that without the need for vacuum.

I have been very lucky to acquire this product in exchange for an honest review. Now for 20 dollars and a buck, Id say this tool gets the job done pretty well. It gives you the ability to vacuum and seal or just seal your items. If you need a tool that will do that all day without rest then you are looking at the wrong tool. Get the right tool for the right job!

The product itself is sturdy, I am not implying that you could hammer things with it as it will surely break with abuse. The doors and the side latches could use another mm of thickness but I haven't had any problems with it.

I like it, It doesn't take much room in the kitchen and I usually just leave it on top of the fridge. It is very light, handy and does its intended job without hesitation

For the weekend vacuum sealing aficionado, Id say this is not a bad way to spend your well earned money.

It took some getting used to. It seals things great except for meat. I couldnt get it to stay sealed when I was trying to save a porkchop. I tried several times and all the air wouldnt come out. I still like it and will continue to use for other times of items.
