Have made multiple batches of jerky (for myself & the dogs), fruit leather, and dehydrated fruits.

Simplyand : Wrong parts both times

Both this refurbished model twice, both time the trays sent with it are incorrect. After doing some more research. I could see that they were either for a different model or some cheap knock-off. It would require full body weight on the trays to keep a seal for use. Avoid at all costs.
