ABOUT US AT REAL FISH BAIT

During a bass tournament in the spring of 2008, I tied on my brand-new swimbait, cast it, lines snaps, & watched my expensive swimbait fly across the lake. That feeling of losing that lure was very heartbreaking. Then it happened again the very next cast! I lost that one too. I was very frustrated & thought to myself: 'This is getting expensive losing these pricey baits!' If only these baits are more affordable, then losing them won't be such a big deal. Then it hit me! I can design a better lure at a lower cost & pass those savings to other anglers too.

In August 2008, I began the journey & started Real Fish Bait. I've always dabbled with designing baits, but didn't know how to get it into production. It took me a year of researching to learn how to go from a drawing on paper to an actual prototype on hand. In late 2009, I received my first prototype & grew the product line since.

Fast-forward 13 years later, we now have over 200 style & color pattern combinations to choose from.

Rainbow Trout Great for those suspended fish. Spring and summer time explosion action for those active fish.	Striped Bass Bait has realistic action that will trigger those strikes. 1 1/4 oz. Since there is no lip on the bait & small in size, it will need more current to make bait swim right.	Threadfin Shad If casting, you will need to use it like a jerkbait. Give it a small twitch or big jerk to make it move side to side. You can also use it like a spoon by using a yo-yo retrieve so it will flutter down like a wounded bait.	Rate of fall is one foot per second. For trolling, troll at 2.5-3.0 mph speed to make bait swim straight.

This lure has a very slow, good reflex. The joints move freely and have a slow vibration to them while the fish is sinking. The hooks are nice and sharp. Great lure!

This Summer Dancer Multi Jointed Swimbait is sturdy, balanced and well made. It's weighted to sink below water and it simulates an injured fish when you are pulling it through the water. It attracts bass and other predator fish. The steel ring at the nose of the bait makes it easy to tie on fishing line or attach a steel liter.

The lure seems very well built, good quality materials, the paint scheme on it (I have the shad color), is very lifelike. The hooks are very sharp, and should hold up well. The movement in the water is very lifelike, it has a natural swim to it with a slow retrieve. I retrieve it slow, let it fall for a second, and mix in a twitch here in there. It's got some mass to it, so you can throw it a country mile. Works well with a baitcast reel. Great lures for spring bass. Highly recommend!

These are amazing when fished well...
Prior to losing it...I was just nailing the bass both largemouth and smallmouth...with occasional stripers. Then came the fateful day....I hung it up on a snag and could not safely retrieve it. I spent over half an hour trying and failing to get it free you name it I tried it. Ordinarily i get hung up...give lure a few tries to get it loose and move on...but i really liked this one. And the quality showed in its build and swimming.

You will enjoy it....oh these also work in saltwater around kelp and rocks and such
