does it glide?

Answer: It swims under the water, exactly like a real fish - it is also extremely large. Order the smallest size possible unless you are shark fishing.

Answer: I find that to make this lure work as expected I have to place a 1oz weight on a 2 foot leader. Otherwise it floats on the surface.

How well does it cast. Some lures windmill alot in the air? Does this cast straight or catches air and spin?

Answer: Casts well only wind milled on me once but that was my fault. Mine cast straight and never had any issues with mine. If I lose it I will purchase another one, caught plenty of fish with it. But I replaced the hooks with red ones personal preference.!!! Love mine.!

Answer: It sinks and if you reel it in too fast it will stay on the surface. But it's a good bait.
