Answer: I don't know. It is 20 inches long and possibly 1/8 inches thick.

Answer: About an 1/8" think where the handle meets the blade. The blade is study and flimsy at the same time. Cutting and slicing it is strong. But a forward thrust and or push will cause it to bend.

Answer: This thing is solid and I have no doubt that it will hold up to anything you throw at it!

Answer: The blade can be removed from the handle. It is connected by two bolts and nuts which can be unscrewed, enabling the blade to be pulled out. (Mine was rather a tight fit and difficult to get back in.) The handle is one solid peace and, unless broken, cannot be disassembled further.

Answer: The strap of the harness is 51 inches when fully extended but can be shortened and is connected to the sheath portion for 21" The sheath portion runs 3 1/2" by 29 3/4" with a taper the last 6 inches to a point. The blade cover ends at 20 3/4" but there is a clasp 1" from the top to secure the handle.

Answer: It's high carbon steel that is coated. A type of metal lacquer to protect the blade from unfriendly elements.

Jacob : Perfection dependent on what you seek.

It is a well crafted, strong and sturdy tool. Cuts vines and thin branches as well as human gel targets. The blade can be removed and the tang is long enough for a 1 handed sword grip. For the price, it is rather good. I must amend my previous review and say that despite being a thin blade it can still take quite a beating. It will bend like any blade if you are foolish and put too much pressure on it sideways but if used correctly it will function beautifully. A fine instrument. (do not throw it.)

this is my dream weapon in smaller scale. I had been waiting to buy this for years after it fell off the market. it is great, pretty sharp, but not a razor. I cut the box, when I got the edge alignment correct it blew through. I took it apart and its Tang is long enough for a 1 handed sword (gladius).

So I'm going to say this now, when I bought this I didn't expect a whole lot. We're talking a good amount of material for a rather minuscule price. The blade steel is 1065 so a good choice for an outdoor beater but it does require maintenance, the handle is a sort of abs plastic, very very tough. I've thrown this like a spear, split wood ( pine and oak ), cut down brush, small and large. It gets the job done! I did bend the tip while throwing but expected it, I was able to heat it up and bend it back. I believe I have truly tested this in harsh conditions and its held up amazing! It also makes for a decent chair backrest, and it even works as a canoe paddle if your in a pinch????

Listen this thing is bad, when you hold it it feels awesome, it’s long, it’s a weapon for sure, for the money it’s a no brainer, one complaint the nuts and bolts holding the blade to the hilt were loose and the nut side does not have shaped holes and the holes are a 1/16th bigger then the bolt, I can’t imagine getting a tool in there I will figure something out but I’m sure I’ll damage the holes a bit.

Great blade for the price. Also much sharper than I realized. I managed to get my finger pretty good. The balance is a little different from typical blades, but that's expected. Overall very satisfied.

The sword was not straight. The blade leaned to one side and it was pretty visible while holding it s straight out. Maybe others wouldn't find it a complete disgrace but i did, so i got a refund.

It was awful. Holding it made you feel emasculated somehow. I literally didn't even want it in my house. That's why i sent it back.

Had it been perfectly straight id have happily kept it, but alas, now i have ZERO faith in the production methods of this item.
